As most know we have started a new adventure here on the farm & that is raising meat ducks & I have been trying to document that experience for everyone so that it might be helpful for someone else in the future.
I will say this, there is definitely a difference in processing & butchering a duck vs a chicken, & the main thing is all of the duck feathers vs a chicken.
